We support small and medium-sized UK businesses in accessing government funding, including grants and government-backed loans. Our service includes eligibility assessment, funding advice, and application support.

Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and effective. Here’s how it works:

Step 1 – Complete a Quick Application
Start by filling out our short online application form. This collects basic details about your business to begin the funding process. This step is free and without obligation.

Step 2 – Pre-Approval and KYC
If your initial application is successful, we will invite you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This step is used to verify your identity and business information in line with UK regulatory requirements. The KYC information is required to carry out a full eligibility assessment.

Step 3 – Advisor Assessment
Once KYC is complete, one of our experienced funding advisors will review your case in detail. This includes assessing your eligibility, potential funding options, and suitability for various schemes.

Step 4 – Full Application Submission
If your application passes our advisor assessment, you will be guided to complete a full funding application, supported by our team.

Step 5 – Pay the Application Fee
At this stage only, an application fee of £499 + VAT is payable. This fee covers our administration and support services to finalise and submit your full application.

Note: No fees are payable before the full application stage. You are under no obligation until Step 5.

Step 6 – Receive Your Funding
If approved, funding will be issued by the relevant government or lending body, subject to their final terms and conditions.

The application fee of £499 + VAT is a one-time, non-refundable fee, payable only once your full application is ready for submission.

Payment is required before we can submit your application for final approval.

By paying this fee, you agree to our service and support for your funding application.

You may cancel your application at any point before Step 5 without any charge.

If you cancel or withdraw your application after paying the application fee, the fee is non-refundable.

If your application is unsuccessful or declined by the funding provider, the application fee is not refunded, as it covers work already completed by our team.

If you do not proceed beyond Step 2 or 3, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy (see below).

We collect and store personal and business information in accordance with the UK GDPR and our [Privacy Policy].

KYC data collected in Step 2 is used solely for eligibility assessment and compliance purposes.

If your application is cancelled, abandoned, or unsuccessful, we will delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it for compliance or audit purposes.

We provide support and guidance in accessing government funding, but:

We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or costs resulting from funding rejections or changes in government policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
